No minimum order is required and there is no additional handling charge for any orders. UPS Ground Shipping costs are as follows:
Order Total up to $49.99 = $9.00
Order Total $50.00 to $60.00 = $11.00
Order Total $60.01 to $99.98 = $12.50
Order Total $99.99 to $115.00 = $20.00
Order Total $115.01 to $165.00 = $25.00
Order Total $165.01 to $199.96 = $30.00
Order Total $199.97 to $215.00 = $40.00
Order Total $215.01 and up = $50.00
UPS Second Day Shipping costs are as follows:
Order Total up to $99.98 = $50.00
$100.00 to $149.97 = $80.00
$149.98 to $199.96 = $100.00
$199.97 and up = $150.00
Military address (APO/FPO) shipments will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and may incur an additional shipping charge based on USPS shipping rates. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine if Hot Stone products can be legally imported to the APO/FPO Country you are stationed in. If we package your order and it is refused at the Post Office we will credit your account for the order less a $10.00 handling fee.
All in stock orders will be shipped the same day as received (Monday - Friday) when received before 3:00pm EST (except when payment is being made via PayPal eCheck). UPS has regular shipping Monday through Friday (except major holidays). All delivery estimates assume delivery Monday - Friday. For example, 2nd Day shipments leaving on Thursday will be scheduled to be received on the following Monday (the second scheduled delivery day not including the day it was shipped). Saturday delivery is available for a surcharge - please call for special rates and availability.
All packages with a value over $200 will require a signature upon receipt. A release of your package without a signature is possible when the order is placed, but we must receive a written request to do so. If you have requested your package to be delivered without a signature, you assume all responsibility for the package once it leaves our facility. All packages with a value under $200 will not require a signature unless the ship-to is a commercial address. Signature requirements for packages less than $200.00 may be added if requested when order is placed.
Packages that require freight/commercial shipping will have an additional freight cost added to the order. We will contact you once the freight cost is determined.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Sorry, No C.O.D.'s. Any special orders or large orders are subject to prepayment. If you are paying via PayPal eCheck, an additional hold of up to seven days may apply for the eCheck to clear.
We accept International Orders as long as they are not restricted by USPS shipping guidelines. Please be aware of your country's guidelines before processing your order. Your local postal service can supply this information. All International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Actual shipping cost of your order will differ from the amount stated on your initial invoice. If you would like confirmation of shipping charges before we ship, please indicate this in the special instructions section of your order.
We can not be responsible for international orders after they leave our facility. Each order is insured by the USPS. This insurance does not cover any customs actions such as opening your package to charge duty, confiscating goods, or manipulating the merchandise in any way.
International shipments will not be shipped until we receive an e-mail from the recipient stating that they are aware of the Importation laws of their country and are prepared to pay any duties, taxes or fees associated with the importation of our products.
International orders (except Canada) will require prepayment via a bank to bank wire transfer of funds, a Western Union, or PayPal payment in U.S. dollars. The customer must pay all wire transfer fees.
We will not share, sell, or give away your personal information to any company, period.
The availability on our site is a good guide but nothing more. If you have a question on availability please call. All orders will be filled on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Merchandise returned without defect is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any merchandise returned because of manufacturers' defect will be replaced. All merchandise is guaranteed for 60 days from the date your order is delivered.
Prices, sizes, shapes, colors, are all subject to human error. We will not be held responsible for typing errors. If something seems too good to be true or outrageously wrong, please call us with it. We usually reward those who help us.

Do not use your Hot Stone for anything other than its intended purpose. Close supervision is necessary when your Hot Stone is in use. Do not leave your Hot Stone unattended when in use.
